The kitchen and food

We are proud to offer to our guest our meals based on the traditional Tuscan cousine. Alessandro and Edy will delight you with crostini and bruschetta,piaci al ragù,ribollita,Fiorentina alla brace,arrosto girato,our handmade cakes, all served with our wines. Whenever posible we use our own produce, our olive oil and we like to conclude the dinner with a shot of our premium grappa or of  Finocchiaccio. Dinner requires advance booking.
If you want to spend with us an afternoon  we  may also give you the chance to learn how to cook those delicious dishes by yourself.
On truffle season we organize search and find walks in the countryside and truffle based dinners.
