As of 2018, Molinaccio is the first winery producing Nobile di Montepulciano to join the large family of FIVI, Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti. But what does it mean to be FIVI?
It means first and foremost being a winemaker, knowing one's land, owning one's winery and feeling it as one's own. All this does not enter into the discussion of natural, organic, biodynamic and what have you, respect for one's land is intrinsic to the spirit of the Federation.
