Il Molinaccio, Grappa di Vino Nobile di Montepulciano obtained from the distillation by discontinuous artisanal method of only our best Nobile di Montepulciano pomace, processed in selection at the Nannoni company in Paganico (GR). Distillation takes place within 48 hours of racking. At the end of the process distilled water is added until the desired alcohol level (42%) is reached, encouraging the explosion of the aromas and flavors of its terroir of origin.
This grappa was awarded the silver medal at the 32nd Golden Alembic.
