Organic since ever

Our choice

Our desire to be eco-sustainable has led us to become anorganic farm, certified by ICEA as of February 2017, to purify our well water making us self-sufficient, and to install a photovoltaic system to cover our energy needs and allow us to offer our guests free charging for their electric cars.

Our desire to be eco-sustainable has led us to become anorganic farm, certified by ICEA as of February 2017, to purify our well water making us self-sufficient, and to install a photovoltaic system to cover our energy needs and allow us to offer our guests free charging for their electric cars.

What does it mean to be organic?

Our vineyards are treated only organically and cared for using natural methods. This trend continues later in the wine production process, where chemicals such as sulfites, for example, are kept to a minimum. Not surprisingly, the genuineness and naturalness of our wines and oil are the trademarks that make us recognizable to the palate of many.

Organic farming can effectively combine productivity and environmental protection and provides food that is free of toxic residues and rich in flavor by capitalizing on certain farming techniques such as green manure, which is the planting of some common grasses such as clover, vetch, watercress, lamb's lettuce or spinach that fertilize the soil and protect it from erosion.

The whole farm is organic and we do not use any kind of pesticides or herbicides. We invite you to respect the nature that surrounds our little oasis of peace.
