La Spinosa - Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG

The Spinosa, a shy and feared animal, in this case shows itself on the contrary in an elegant guise of absolute pleasantness. Before our eyes we have a ruby red lime dancing in the glass with great class. Clear aromas of black cherry and underbrush arrive on the nose, then give way to bewitching notes of coffee and white pepper on the finish. On tasting, one recognizes the thoroughbred Sangiovese that gives this wine structure and harmony right from the start. A wine also suitable for aging and to pair with your most important moments and whenever you feel the need for a drop of happiness.

• Grapes: Sangiovese
• Vinification: steel tanks without the use of selected yeasts, temperature-controlled maceration lasting 20/25 days
• Aging: 12 months in 25 HL French Allier oak barrels. Rests in bottle for an additional 12 months,
• Alcohol content: 13.5 percent
