BOOK A ROOM
Miller
Double Room with en suite bathroom and whirlpool tub, this romantic room is the only one with direct access to the main hall as well as the independent outside door.
Farmer
Mini double swite completely detached from the whole block of the villa, extremely private is a small house with bedroom and bathroom with shower adjacent to the barbecue area.
Groom
Large double room on the second floor, the bathroom is private but outside the room, it is a great accommodation for a family with 2 children or for two couples of friends together with the Mezzadro room.
Mezzadro
Other room on the second floor with an outside bathroom and as mentioned is a great combination along with the Stableman being on the same corridor.
Winemaker
Mini suite on the second floor can comfortably accommodate a third bed and is in style one of the most romantic rooms on the farm.
Massaia
with direct access to the pool-side garden is perhaps the smallest room, the bathroom is en suite with shower and can be in communication with the adjacent Capoccia room
Capoccia
This large room can accommodate up to two extra beds becoming a four-seater, the en-suite bathroom is equipped for the andicap disabled. The 'access is independent on the large loggia and as mentioned above can communicate with the Massaia room.

The swimming pool

By the side of a large oak tree and on a small knoll in an elevated position above the farmhouse, you will find our swimming pool. We are on the old gora holding back the water that flowed to the old mill, turning the large stone millstones, some of which are still visible. It is a pool with a beautiful overflow edge, surrounded by a light travertine platform and with a comfortable roman staircase that provides easy access for the elderly or parents with young children. As for theplanting, ours is not a normal chlorine pool, but a pool purified using the Salt of Volterra, a salt from the great health benefits which gives the water a consistently impeccable quality.

Upon reservation, our guests can dine in the large communal dining room, tasting our wines accompanied by traditional Tuscan dishes, cooked with great love and passion by Edy using our own olive oil and products sourced only from Tuscany.
